The units are well-equipped and generous-sized with a great view. Very amiable, efficient staff, thank you for treating me so well.- The location is magnificent and fantastic, 5 minutes' walk to Plaza Mayor.

Excellent atmosphere in a 15th century city palace

No own parking next to the hotel. Very difficult accessibility by car because of narrow streets, in which the one-way regulation is changed on weekends. No access to a bar and a restaurant in the hotel on Sundays. Breakfast only until 10:30.

The breakfast here is excellent, with a stunning view of the main plaza and great coffee, and we enjoy staying here every time we visit.

The rooms were very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich, especially the sweet department with excellent cakes. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The rooms, decorated in a mixture of rustic and elegant style, with wonderful views, complemented by a great (room) service and excellent cuisine, united in a beautiful building in an outstanding location.

A little less pigeon dung on the windowsill would increase the enjoyment of the view.

Our hotel is set in a central location close to main square where there were plenty of good restaurants and bars, the centre of the town and the Pizarro House Museum. Make sure to get double room with a comfortable bed, walk in shower, as for instance. The service is NICE, includes good parking.

Spacious rooms with a separate shower and big bathroom that has both a shower and a bathtub 🚿

Grandiose location in the center, very rich breakfast. The parking was ok.

Staff speaks very little English, but we were able to communicate well.

Excellent location within a few yards of the Plaza Mayor with its restaurants and historic buildings. The staff were extremely polite and although I didn't use the service, it was good to know room service was always available which is quite rare for this standard of accomodation in Spain.

Car parking. They should pay you 10 Euros to park there instead of charging guests for the priveledge.
